When someone takes a picture with Satan's voodoo camera, the camera creates miniature toys of the person being photographed. Randy discovers this after using the camera to snap photos of his parents and Doraemon, and Winnie panic ensues when the resulting dolls get into the hands of Randy Pincherson.
